Bretzel.biz was born from a passion. A passion to re-create the traditional Bretzels from Germany and share them with a country where Bretzels were still relatively unknown.
How? We believe there’s only one way to make “The Real thing” … and that’s to hand roll and twist each Bretzel individually using a team of skilled Bretzel aficionados !
Since the inception of the company, the public has embraced the deliciousness of the Bretzel and business has flourished.
An idea of creating a sweet Bretzel then migrated its way to Australia. Through countless experiments, trials and taste tests, the “Sweet Vanilla Bretzel” was born……. an instant success…. especially when it was filled with hazelnut chocolate and covered in delicious toppings.

Apart from being a fully Australian family owned and operated business, we make 100% of all our products. Every Bretzel is individually hand rolled in our bespoke local Bretzel bakery with the finest freshest ingredients.. Many Pretzels in the Australian market claim to be ” locally made”, when in fact they are made in factories abroad ,mass produced on tasteless high speed production lines, then shipped in a frozen container before being re-heated many months later when required… our Bretzels are always fresh!

All we make are Bretzels (Pretzels) and Bretzel-related products, that’s it! No other distractions , that way we can concentrate on delivering the best-tasting product, we believe in the market.
All our unique Bretzel equipment has been specially imported from Germany and custom designed for Bretzels . Our current production capabilities are in the thousands and we can supply both fresh baked and frozen Pretzels
Today
We’ve come a long way from the original conception of Bretzel.biz and we now supply both locally and interstate to wholesale customers such as craft breweries, pubs, cafés, restaurants, clubs and bars. We’re also a supplier to a network of schools , institutions and fundraising events. We also regularly attend events and markets throughout the year…drop in and say hi
